With special hydrogenation refined base oils, base oils reduce the influence of the sulfur content on engine oil. The use of specific structural design of low-sulfur additive technology and with a unique anti-wear additives to provide superior piston ring wear protection and detergency for the engine, extending engine life.

Specifications:
4L, 18L
Core demands:
It helps prevent catalyst poisoning exhaust compliance
Product Features:
According to the countrys four-car equipped with SCR systems specially tailored engine
Low sulfur content, to protect the catalytic
Reduce wear and enhance the power
Dispersing soot, permanently lubricated
Applications:
For applications that require the use of CI-4, CH-4, CG-4, CF-4 engine oil level and other high-speed four-stroke diesel engines;
Especially for vehicles with diesel engines using a variety of selective catalytic reduction (SCR) aftertreatment system.
Technical specifications:
Quality rating: CI-4
Viscosity Grade: 15W-40,10W-40,20W-50
Effects of sulfur on SCR after-treatment system:
SCR catalyst is sensitive to sulfur, sulfur in the exhaust gas easily lead to poisoning of the catalyst deactivation.
There will be the normal operation of the engine in a small amount of lubricating oil through combustion piston rings and cylinder walls into the combustion chamber.
The lubricating oil mainly from S sulfonates, metal alkyl phenates detergents, ZDDP, a number of sulfur-containing antioxidants, friction modifiers, etc.
Engine oil into the combustion chamber after the sulfur is oxidized to SO2, SO3, etc. into the exhaust gas, S is the position occupied by the oxides in catalysis, compete with other exhaust gas on the catalyst surface, inhibiting catalyst performance, leading to catalytic poisoning, inactivation .
At present, the sulfur content in the lubricating oil is typically 0.4 to 0.8%.
